编写一个网络通信应用程序，客户端和服务端可以通过该应用程序进行相互通信，传送信息或者传输文件。
TCP与UDP的方式任选其一。
提示：互联网上有非常多的各种语言开发的基于套接字方式网络通信协议的小例子程序，同学们可以多多参考。另外各种开发工具，比如：VB,VC,DELPHI,JAVA等都有相应的控件库或者功能库可以调用，使用这些库后，实际的开发过程非常简单。
